Ph doesnt seem to b a popular place but i find it quite ok having stayed here for d past 10 yrs due to d reasons u stated. Less traffic ,no jam , giant mall for groceries, chinese school, interchange to elite, lrt hub so guarantee got seating place on kj n ampang lines etc

Used to live there, but the house is small, rented it out to ppl already.
Now I am living in PH with family.

Would love to buy one for my own.

Been living in PH since 2 years back.
The 24x75 intermediate was purchased @ 700k.
So far so good I guess.

No la abt 800+k only now i thnk. i bought it in 2004 tht time no demand la for ph prop so sdp cant sell high bcos ppl c ph as an ulu area. In fact dsl here much cheaper than areas like bdr utama n d pj area so i thnk its a good buy

Section 10 next to Giant look for those 26x75 called Astaria or Vistaria.

Reasonable build up and wider frontage.

nearer to pryramid sjmc and etc...is misleading........also depends on which part of PH you are staying also.
some part of PH is closer to Bdr Saujana than USJ.......not to mention SJ and Sunway.

You must use KESAS highway
And the traffic condition in uncertain

Whereas at PH, you'll drive through either Persiaran Kewajipan or the other road which will pass through SS18.
Hence there's no need to use the highway.
