So should there be any suspected activity, you can just let SDP know and theyll send in the specialist asap

Thought of buying one for investment/ own stay. 800psft assuming I want 1000sqft means, I can get a 24x75 home for 700k-800k in Putra Heights area nearby Giant. I think it is better for me to just buy a landed instead.
