Personally, only the garden units attract me but not all types.
It seems an after though when access to the garden for some unit is via the bedroom 🙈

If you saw the initial floor plans, the door in the bedroom to access the garden wasn't there.

Yes, level 2 type B and D.
This 2 types garden units, the master bedroom has a private garden attached that is accessible via a door in the bedroom. Personally, I don't quite like it. The space around the door becomes a dead space as you can't utilize it much, making the bedroom usable space smaller. Moreover, after walking on the garden, going back into ur room doesn't feel right. Sand, dirt, dust could follow. A possible solution is to timber deck either completely or partially to make it cleaner.
If given a choice, I would hack the wall adjacent to the door leading to the garden and replace it with 2 large glass bi-folding doors opening to the private garden. Put my bed where the bedroom TV wall is and my bed will be facing directly the private garden. Timber deck the floor in front of the bi-folding glass panels and get a good landscape architect to do up the garden and surrounding walls. Put some up-down warm lights for a romantic and soothing view. The view will be personalized, now wouldn't that be better than any high floor unit?

Higher floors doesn't seem to grant you much better views. The 2 highest block is C and D (if I recall correctly) at 9 storey high. Block C is facing Block A which is 4 storey high but it start at Level 1 while C start at Level 2. So the 1st to 4th floor of C view is basically blocked by A. 5th floor gives slightly better view so to be safe only 6th (maybe can only see partially the lake) to 9th grant some nice view of the Glades lake, provided not blocked by the bungalows.

Block D, you will be staring at Kingsley school building on the hill. Doubt you will see much at 9th floor.

Block B, with 6 storey high including car park, deck 1 and 2 high floor may give similar views of the lake but I can't be sure on the orientation. Not sure if it is direct view of the lake or right side view. It's a risk.

Garden units, no such risk as up to you and most are unique units, you can't find same unit in the entire development.

Just my 2 cents view.

Do site visit to confirm Block D viewing.
With site work on going, you may get a better idea how's the view. I did mine before site work commence, easier to enter the site but without any work done on site, I guess guess only how's things going to be layout. My analysis may not be accurate...ya. Take it with a bagful of salt.

IronManz, if you have 1 mil budget, why not consider landed prop?
provided you are open for option for this.
Lots of subsale within PH for 1 mil budget. Section 6, Laman Putra and etc.
Bigger space and you will be spoiled with design options. Some are gated and guarded per say

Provided if you are not aiming for 'atas' feeling from Serenade or The Glades (landed). Then you are stuck with few options only

If you are aiming for close distance makan area, I think you are looking at wrong place in PH. But consider the pro and con. Less traffic here and we are short distance away to Taipan/Puchong. Take notes that these areas are packed with cars
easy access to highways and some without tolls

Pro and con for condo vs landed. You can do a Google search for comparison. As it's up to personal preference

BTW, those few sections which I've mentioned earlier, roads are wide enough for parking. I had no issue at all at my area now. That's the beauty of PH landed areas
Car porch is not for gardening alone. As you may park in front of your house directly. No need to carry heavy grocery for lift at condo
Can do BBQ too or for kids to play around
Some areas are gated and guarded; take note it's not applicable for all PH
You need renovation for Serenade too, right? it's the same for subsale landed. find a decent one and you might not even need to change much. 1 mill budget for PH subsale landed, it more than enough to find a decent 2000sft BU
