I heard abt this project more than 2 years ago, they launched their 1st phase a few months ago. Not sure abt the land size but they claimed that only buyers that bought their project will have access to the lake, PR residents have no access.

They have a previous project in Klang, looks new to me so nt sure on their track records. Prop prices booming ma so lots of Co also venture into prop development lor!

Try Laman Putra, prices cheaper than TG but this is F&G, not G&G. So far TG is the only G&G in PH.

No, it is not part of USJ16 as the developer is T&T not SDP. It is located right nxt to ELITE, full G&G but what I dislike is the car porch roof - very short cannot protect fully your cars from the sunlight!
