PR was priced around 600psft, so SD will price this NB higher since it's lower density and it is inside TG. NB is still cheaper than the proposed condo in KLGCC la, 1300psft! Did you check out their Lifestyle Collection promo bro? It ended yesterday so nt sure what extra rebates they gave to TG.

Anyway whether it's worth buying or not is very subjective and depends on individual preference and I was told quite many have moved in already.

If it is 2000sft only I dont think SD will price it at ard 1.4m at that time.
