Just hate them when they let their dog poo in front of our house! PM me if I missed anything on the RA meetings. Not planning to smear PH in this thread.

Fast and furious witness by myself. Usually during weekdays evening. FYI, there are 2 Red Ferraris. One Indian driver and another is Malay driver. Off course I'm not the driver. I wish too. rclxm9.gif You can have a look at the cars forum, sometimes they held gathering in PH. Various groups. You should join more activities. Then only you know how balance it is compared to other places. But I do admit that, low cost flat in PH9 and kampung nearby are quite eyesore. Their mentality screwed up the whole PH. Many of Vietnamese live in the low cost flat.

For my area, online communication is rare. Most of them face to face as they always meet each other. Distribute information via notice board, word of mouth and flyer.

The glades & putra Heights, starting from:

Bungalow - 4m
cluster villa- 2.8m
townhouse - 1.8m
terrace - 2.2m

If u ask me, price too steep for that location.....can get same options at better locations close to damansara / bangsar / desa parkcity / Tropicana.
One more thing, the 24 hrs security is shared by all type of residences there, which is a big area. Not exclusive.

Kinda agree, it will have a few blocks of condos/apartments in the same development next time.

SD has another G&G which is exclusive I think, it is USJ Heights. Consists of all landed superlink, Zero lots, semi-Ds and of course bungalows.

Actually there are new developments (just got VP'ed a few months ago) and those older units (around 5-6 yrs old minimum) The older units DSL (basic 22*75 BU 1650 sq.ft.) ranged from 450k-550k. Extended / full reno ones can go up to 600k. If the newer DSL basic unit, 22*75 @ 2200 sq.ft. BU starts from 700k. smile.gif This is strictly reflecting to Section 9 units. My fren just sold his Reno house 22x75 (bought 180K 1st phase) for 420K 6 mths ago, there are many types of 22x75 or 24x75, price can be different for 200K-300K, be specific unsure.gif

The factory area is quite further away but the high tension is quite near.... You have to pass by Subang Heights to Batu Tiga industrial area. And only those units facing KESAS will be affected, not 70%.

Sorry la bro, I just give a general idea of the Sec 9 houses.. I only monitor the similar units I currently own, thats why I noted there Sec 9, 22*75. Mine is a La Villa Rose (facing field + intermediate + facing south) currently able to sell at 450k for a basic unit. If u want more details please refer to the 'not so reliable Iproperty'. Ok? smile.gif Ur fren from which Sec?

USJ Heights is quite a distance from the industrial area. Anyway it is a high-tech park not a heavy industrial park with foundaries or car/lorry depots. Most of the companies there are from technology, telecom and e&e sectors; companies like Digi is having their offices there.


Added on July 6, 2011, 4:53 pmFor The Glades, I think SD needs to build high end condos for the high rises next time in order to match the overall exclusivity and lifestyles of that community. Else the whole concept will be affected. But high-end condos are going to face stiff competition from existing link houses in PH.

You dont talk cock la bro.. dont talk like sec 9 is a big as USJ. Some of the people stay here longer than you, what you are referring to like flyer, word of mouth and notice board is the thing of the past, betol ka? Give me some proof and who is the RA of sec 9 now? From what I know, sec 7 is the most active now.. As I said earlier, if the RA is meant for certain group and someone in your area, might as well dont do it.. and also keep the sentence 'you should join more activities' to yourself.. what activities is there? Line dance?

I think condo will be super sky high price too.

starting from 550sqft, if the price is starting from 600k, each sq ft is RM1k+

This condo is direct access from car park smile.gif

We can guess 600k is really the minimum price or not
