Tenten, you mean we can approach the taxi at the airport for the disposal usage or it is better to look around at the guest house area??

How to contact this super popular ah jussi??  biggrin.gif
It's better to look around guest house area. You can get the help of the guest house owner to bargain for you, which they will always win.

Another one thing, with this Goh-hyung, he wont charge you cross boundary like what I've explained in my previous post. So 90k Won full day across that 4 district.

I dont have his number or email, but at Tae Gong gak, the owner Sylvia is the one who does all the booking to get Goh-hyung.

I can ask Sylvia if you are really interested.

I do not recommend Tae Gong Gak. I send email to book 02 nites even though I stay 1 nite (I arrive early on Day 01) but Sylvia refused my booking. Reason being, I stay 1 nite. I wonder, why can't she take 02 nites booking since I wanted to chk in early?? It is normal for any accommodation to practice that.

I will not go the place where my money is not needed. She shouldn't be in the tourism industry. She does not know what flexibility is.

Anyone knows where to get tasty and affordable Bibimbap in Seoul? Preferably Hongdae area. But I do not mind anywhere else as long as it is somewhat reachable by public transport.

been to busan last 2 days, my friends and i rode free shuttle bus from seoul to busan...

busan was quite okay la, nothing much to see...
jeju is a very good place to visit. apart from the shower the weather is just lovely. smile.gif
public transport is okay, just the people could not speak english much..
still need someone who can speak korean to not sesat here...

i still have one more week to go...

i've been here for 2 days already..
i'm currently staying in yeha guesthouse, quite near to the airport and city centre..
friendly staff, easy access to bus and very near to the main street if you ever need to flag a taxi..
similar to guesthouse i've been to busan, yeha guesthouse has kitchen for the guests to cook their own food..

i've been to jungang underground shopping centre, dongmun market and jungmun, seogwipo area..
with cab, i paid less than krw5000 to get to the shopping centre from yeha and dongmun market is within walking distance from there. and for jungmun, i took a bus direct from yeha with only krw2500..
dongmun market offers variety of seafood, very fresh..

in jungmun i've only been to the teddy bear museum, sound island museum, chocolate museum and cheonjeyeon waterfall jungmun..all are walkable form each other..
there are many other attractions like botanical garden, ripley's museum, museum of africa, folk village etc which i've yet to go..
most of the attractions that i went in are less than krw8000

oh and t-money from seoul is usable in jeju.. only in busan their t-money is different

Local calls the teddy bear, ripley's, museum of africa etc, as tourist traps. Although that didnt stop me to go there hehe. But teddy bear museum really dissapoint me. You should go to Seongsan Ilchulbong at least. You wont regret it.

Hmmm the Teddy bear museum at the namsan tower looks quite interesting though. They use Teddy bears to narrate their history if I am not mistaken. Didn't go there though. Saw pics of my colleagues. I went atop the namsan tower instead. thumbup.gif

I think Jeju's Teddy Museum is bigger and better. I was dissapointed because that place wasnt worth the price. Should be a lot cheaper. Yeah the re-enact history by using the bears as model.
