since busan is mentioned here...i also would like to find out more...plan to visit Busan..any interesting place to recommend? i knw fish market is interesting...how bout beach in busan? worth to go?

hw many night for Busan? 1 day enough?or 2 days?
*
busan you will need at least 2 days. if u want to include visits to some awesome temples (way in the mountains) then u will need 3 or 4 days.

some of the temples also offer accommodation. bt it'll be hard for u to google it unless u r fluent in korean

but so many korean fans here... someone should arrange a travel group. i can be your free travel guide brows.gif

also, is the subway convenient for heavy luggage traveler?Well just in case if certain subways have no escalators.I just need confirmation as i hv to change hotels in between trip.Cab would be pricey so my alt would be buss or subway only tongue.gif  blush.gif

Please advise.Kamsamida ~

Usually, the first layer subway got no escalator, so, maybe suffer a bit if you have very heavy luggage but as long as you don't hotel hopping, it should be ok.

you can always take taxi from Incheon Airport or just arrange for hotel pick up. for Seoul backpackers, they charge about KRW75,000 for 4-5 ppl.

I'll be free & easy to seoul, jeju and busan with my family on September.

Any famous food must try in seoul, jeju or busan?

Here i will recommend two famous restaurants.

1) Tosochon Samgyetang (Ginseng Chicken Soup)
Near Gyeongbukgong area, very yummy ginseng soup. 15 000 won per bowl.

Yeah..you should go 1 day! hehe~~~

i went to Seoul with a friend from 19th July - 26th July..it was a wonderful experience indeed.. rclxms.gif but we missed several
places due to time constraint. Believe me..even tho my trip was like a 6+a half-day-trip (minus the flight), it's really not
enough! hahaha~ i didnt get the chance to visit Bukchon, palaces & Namsan tower (Nami Island & Everland were not in
our last list)... sad.gif too bad. But still that was the memorable trip ever in my life. Just like few people here have said that
you will meet with either too kind of people or vice versa. But for me all of Korean people are nice..except for their
this one attitude that will staring-so-intently towards you like you are an alien or something..LOL..even kids were the
same..maybe bcoz me & my friend were wearing tudung. So, it's kinda weird to them.. blush.gif there was even this one
ahjumma sitting next to me on the train one day. She was like "bla...bla..bla..yeppeu da.." Me: ehhh??? err...kamsahamnida. I dunno the rest of the words but only know yeppeu.. did she praising me? kkkk~~ then she was like sentuh2 my tudung, talked in korean again..finally i gave-up and saying "sorry, i dont urderstand.. biggrin.gif " Maybe
she was asking why i wear the hijab...kkkk~

And of course besides all the beautiful+amazing places that i hv visited (Edae/Hongdae/Itaewon/KBS - Sukira/Mnet/WorldCup Std/Myeongdong/Dongdaemun/Namdaemun/Han River & Cruise/63 Building/Insadong/Lotte World/Paju
English Village/Korea University/Chonggyecheon Stream/Gwanghwamun Plaza/YG Ent/SM Ent
) the hightlight of this trip
that i wont ever forget are when i got the chance of meeting up with Danny Ahn & Hwayobi plus visiting Suju Yesung's
parents new cafe; Handel & Gretel on their very first opening! i was informed that Yesung came at the nite..too bad since
we're already at the airport for going back that time..huhu..but still i got the chance to have a lil chat with his younger
brother & taking pic with his father! hahaha~~ a typical fangirl~~ thumbup.gif

Without doubt i will go there again maybe sometime next year after my Bandung trip..hahaha~ sounds like i am a
very Kaya-girl...LOL~~~

Thanks for the foods rec .. The egg bread thingy looks tempting !

Btw, need review

http://www.lazybirdguesthouse.com/

If i were to stay here, would it be inconvenient to go Seoul,Heogi KHU ? This place looks so homey and clean ( i very OCD ) and the most attractive part is they offer a reasonable airport pickup service. There i can save up on spending airport bus dy~

Anyone cares to share review?

How far is Incheon from Seoul,KHU etc? Is this place accessible by buses subway etc?As i need to travel alone using subway,im not sure if this is worth it.Please advise ~

Well, for me it's a fangirling trip.. so you can skip YG / SM if you dont want...

And if you like outdoor activity you shouldn't miss the bicycle ride along the Han River! so much fun!
I rented a bicycle at one of the park there (Magwon Han River Park). The fee for 1 hour is only 3000won.
So cheap..they'll ask for ur id. it really worth your money & time bcoz the view is so pretty with blooming flowers
everywhere esp sunflowers.. thumbup.gif Haha, i even lost count of how far i was pedaling until my friend said
the total was 11km... blink.gif
