QUOTE(stimix @ May 8 2011, 08:21 PM) Can roam-lah as I explained earlier. Just check wth digi for promotional rate. Normally I use skype incase I want to call back when I'm in oversea. No need to buy SIM card or rent phone. You only need to be in free wifi enable area...The best, the hotel you stay I see, thanks Stimix...Call back M'sia the code is +6 follow by the number for eg +6012-33446655 or +603-51548888 |

QUOTE(cheekybum127 @ May 12 2011, 03:19 PM) See quote below:QUOTE(tanch78 @ Mar 28 2011, 04:46 PM) I am currently planning my first trip to S.Korea. Knowing I like food very much, my friend (frequent busy travel to Seoul) told me to try out the following:- @ Seoul, please do go visit these places for food: 1) All the korean street snacks can be get here under one roof - Gwang Jang market 2) Sariwon - For yummylicious Bulgogi 3) Singdangdong - for spicy tteokbokki with noodles, fishcakes, eggs, etc..(good for a late night supper especially in cold weather - missed this) 4) Myeongdong Gyoja - for spicy cold noodles 5) Samgyetang (Ginseng Chicken soup) - near the Palace (Gyeong Bok Gong). 6) Crispy Duck near KBS station...forgot the address, can go eat and try to catch if can see some korean artiste..hahaha 7) Fish market - for korean style fresh sashimi and other seafood. arghhh, a lot more. |

QUOTE(meatball88 @ Jul 3 2011, 05:44 PM) Thanks lexy... I see, so romantic we went on Saturday evening. The queue for cable car was very long.I think waited for 45minutes.Buying tickets was quite fast because i think there were 3 persons selling tickets at the counter. When we come down at about 10.00pm...we still see long queue of people waiting to go up!Crazy... Better not go on Saturday but I purposely choose Saturday just to celebrate my wife's birthday at the Seoul Tower. |

QUOTE(ONGEDWIN @ Jul 31 2011, 10:42 PM) Bro, can I know how is the situation now in Seoul? I mean the flood and rain. My flight to Seoul is on 3rd Aug till 9th Aug Hi ONGEDWIN, I just came back from Seoul on Sunday Hope you can please reply me as soon as possible as I am very very worried about the current weather & flood in Seoul MyeongDong, Gyeongbukgong, Nandaemun, Hongik Universities areas are fine. Just remember to bring umbrella or rain coat. If you have rain boots, even better.. Added on August 1, 2011, 11:27 pm QUOTE(miyoko @ Aug 1 2011, 05:01 PM) Thank you to both of you. May I ask between Hongdae and Namdaemun, which is better in terms of night time activity? which one is more lively? I know that Namdaemun is near the market, but what is there to do at night? I know Hongdae has got lots of pubs and club, but other than that? Hi Miyoko, if you like clubbing/pub etc, Hongdae has a lot of this kind of place, you can find it at Hongik Univ. Stn exit 9. If you like shopping, you can stay in Nandaemun, it is walking distance to Myeongdong, the shops in Myeongdong opens until 11pm. Nandaemun market is just like Petaling street, but it is a great place for shopping dor sourvenirs. Thanks in advance for your help yeah! This post has been edited by lexy: Aug 1 2011, 11:27 PM |
