sifus... what is the setting probably for this?

i am quite confuse of which one should i choose:
Option: 1. some one from lowyat forum seling Strobist set = Rm600 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1669511 2. Sb-700 = RM900++ still thinking of mu budget range.. but i want to know which one is more needed?? |
