3rd gen ggs for d7000 attaches to the view finder? that's how they make it for canon version, and i agree it is ugly..my D90 version does not attach to the viewfinder but to the normal slot like nikon protector instead

Giottos makes these glass screen protectors? o_O

Does it come with the top LCD protector? But then again if it is 3x the price... erk... I'm so far satisfied with GGS tongue.gif.
*
The price on amazon usa is ~USD30 while GGS 1st gen only ~USD7-8..schott glass sweat.gif

QUOTE(Everdying @ Mar 9 2011, 09:03 AM)
actually i dont mind the viewfinder attachment, if only the bottom part of the lcd protection had a clip to hook on the body.
sometimes when i use batt grip and move the focus point using the mini joystick on it...my thumb tends to push the bottom of the protector...eventually pushing it off the viewfinder slot a little.
of cos if dont use batt grip then its fine, wont move etc.

anyway, i just stuck on a 1st gen GGS tongue.gif
*
I agree, without the clip on the bottom it doesnt secure enough to the screen..kinda feel like hanging tongue.gif

QUOTE(celciuz @ Mar 9 2011, 09:12 AM)
I still prefer the 1st gen compared to second gen... first gen is like more slim cut tongue.gif, not so obvious.. most people thinks I'm not using any screen protector biggrin.gif.
*
and for the 1st gen the distance from the eyepiece to the screen is more, imho give more comfort, less nose/cheek hitting screen biggrin.gif

Reenz , i cannot differentiate eyecup and eyepiece magnifier.

You are using which one ? @@

Thanks for telling me
*
The one i'm using does not magnify. Those consist of 3 item; a DK-3 rubber eyecup, a DK-22 eyepiece adapter and a Finder Eyepiece for FM/FE/FA series camera..the one with magnifier is DK-21M, which is this one:

In Melaka, I got mine for RM3950 when 1635 first came in. Bliz got his for RM3800.

This 1635 pricey in Msia, cheaper in USA if not mistaken. The 85G is the other way.
*
Yeah, you got it right, around RM3500 after conversion..

How much and what size you bought? By any chance you know the price of Extreme Class 10 for 16GB? unsure.gif
Just as I wanted to ask for dry-box recommendation, here comes the name of Aipo vs Sun-Dry/Eureka. I was told by a sales guy that Aipo using small power adapter like the one we used for handphones. He claimed that it'll easily get burned when switched on 24/7 and thus, he recommended Sun-Dry which uses power cord like our CPU.

So... Aipo still a better pick and any recommendation of place to get it? huh.gif
*
One of my friend ordered his from this seller

http://www.gstrapinuse.com/index.php?main_...products_id=222

the stock will arrive around a week or two i guess since they don't have ready stock for 68L one, and the price is a lil bit cheaper than the website..i want to know if there are better sellers for aipo too, since i'm gonna buy one when i come back to malaysia later..

List for you according to the state

For KL, i usually go J-one to get lens, gear but i never buy accessories from there , look expensive for me.

For gstrap is good for me

For penang, i like megastar , hike or you can try to ask KTCY

For melaka, i think is pro imaging , ask celciuz and bliz
