just out of curiosity, anybody knows whats the min price for western heritage corner lots when they were first launched? 1.5? 1.6? also, any indicative price for the next island villas?

Usually next phase will be another min 10% price increase. Having said that the LV will be ard 1.5mil+ for the intermediate unit.
