If u have higher budget RM 1.3+ M to RM 1.4+ M, u can try coming island units.

In fact, even rear facing highway is selling fast.

Setia did promise on ways to block noise, anyway we probably will do double layer window for our unit.

To be fair, I think most Chinese buyers looking for value for money, & lower maintenance fee for own stay.

Eco Glades provides such branding & opportunity, anyway we will love to see more Bumi brothers joining the community.

If I remembered correctly, semi D @ Eco Glades RM 400+ vs Symphony Hills RM 800+

Chinese very calculative one lah, last time I asked for boiled water @ highway R & R, Chinese store owner charged RM 0.50 but Malay owner gave it free. Dislike some Malaysian Chinese being so calculative, macam Euro. Haha.

This is why most Chinese BBB Eco Glades loh. Symphony Hills maintenance fee chased many away.
