once the construction for new interchange kicked off, more ppl will be confident to SEG. Pretty convenient la.... Connects all hwys via interchange at lingkaran putrajaya.

Malaysia is so heavily indebted and flushed of liquidity to our shores when the advanced countries are printing money, snapping most of the assets here. Just imagine when the printing stops....the reverse flows will be devastating...

Hi all, any indications when the next Phase will be launched and more importantly pricing? Current thinking is if not very much higher than current 1.1-1.2m range for links, maybe better to wait for those - especially if on the island...

Was reviewing the layouts, looks a bit small (3000-ish sf) especially the semi-D compared to other nearby developments... Would have imagined paying 1.7m would be around 4000sf built-up?

Looks like super link is Rm 1.3mil+ and above for all future launch. It really makes SEG 26x95 a good value buy. If die die want to pay Rm 1.3-1.4mil for a link villa, might as well choosing SEG baba nyonya or western heritage 2.5 storey 26x85 islands unit!
