Been there several times when they just launched SEG and busy doing the site clearing.
As you can see in photos below it was some plantation land.

Puchong property in the prime area is expensive. But there are also puchong places which are less expensive.

But I am not referring to property alone. I am referring to things like parking fees, food price etc etc. If there are cinemas, the tickets should be more expensive than other places.

So I am not surprised if the maintenance fees also will be more expensive.

Construction is quite slow... wat about 1st phase?

SPS needs to build a wall along lingkaran putra to block the noise. Expect high tranffic in the future. I passed by on last sunday, quite a number of cars.

I thought the previous trees abt 1000+ ll b replant back to seg?

Wow this forum is so exciting. I still like the concept of SEG. Currently I am staying near the forest reserve & enjoying the cool breeze from the jungle on the hills. Surprisingly, temperate crops are doing well over here.

I like this forum as I can get so much of useful information with regard to SEG as well as Cyberjaya from here.  Thanks to all the taikor.

Superlink price at RM1.3m at least got some super feel after buying

SA will tell you superlink is a 3 or 4 storey terrace but with huge built up like a Semi-D, if you don't like to maintain your garden and want to have more usable space, superlink is a better choice and cheaper than semi-D

If name called "Villa", how the SA blow water? At least have to call supervilla 

Eco Glades 2 storey link (You Mei/Huan Xi) built up about 2900sf+ but Semi D only 3200sf+, difference only 200sf+ but price different by almost RM500k because of the 40 feet front

Still considering Huan Xi unit LV-050: Land-size 3313 sqft @ RM 1,309,800.

I find this unit got extra land at the back which work out to 26 x 127 compared to normal unit 26 x 95.

For an extra rm 50k, the extra land is 3313 - 2470 = 843 sqft at the back. Very worth it.

But also very suspicious why nobody wanna buy this great unit? Is there some cons that I am not aware of?
