Been there several times when they just launched SEG and busy doing the site clearing.
As you can see in photos below it was some plantation land.

For less expensive, I like Putrajaya more than puchong.

2 super mall coming out @ Putrajaya, don't think the cinema ticket will be selling more expensive.

I find this unit got extra land at the back which work out to 26 x 127 compared to normal unit 26 x 95.

For an extra rm 50k, the extra land is 3313 - 2470 = 843 sqft at the back. Very worth it.

Good Buy! Except:
1. North West facing
2. No orchard garden, anyway it is inner road, not much to concern?
3. Extra RM 50k for bigger land, because this HuanXi unit does not back facing LiuLi.
