Still considering Huan Xi unit LV-050: Land-size 3313 sqft @ RM 1,309,800.

I find this unit got extra land at the back which work out to 26 x 127 compared to normal unit 26 x 95.

For an extra rm 50k, the extra land is 3313 - 2470 = 843 sqft at the back. Very worth it.

But also very suspicious why nobody wanna buy this great unit? Is there some cons that I am not aware of?

You land title in the future will state you hold many share out of total of how many share in the Management Corporation (MC). All the common area and common properties will be vested in the name of the MC of which every house owner is a "shareholder" holding x%. The thing which you may not know is the land of your house is also on the name of the MC...

You can verify the above with any of your lawyer fren...

Cyberjaya buyers @ Lowyat age range from 30 to 40, believe many 40+ muted in forum.

I can feel this age range is right, & she will unleash her potential soon.
