Two weeks ago, I was told by the SA the condo will only launch by end of next year. Can anyone to confirm?

SA said the condo to be launch at SEG will be family size units

wonder what's the price psf for the condo, if <450psf for unit >1500psf, definitely i will get one for own stay. but too good to be true?

Good strategy. Selling Mickey Mouse SOHO @ Eco Glades is a waste.

Is SEG still in master title? Or already divided to strata title? Which mean we no need to pay for MOT until completed?
