Update: JV1 aka Gingerbread seems to have battery drain issue. I never had my battery drained this fast before in other Froyo roms. Currently on stock JV1. After 8 hours, battery left 18% from 71%. Seems less snappy compared to Serendipity or Flagship roms but definitely snappier compared to Darky's. On RFS right now, will be much much better when devs release EXT4 kernels.
Some apps force closes naturally but nothing big deal. Camera app and browser seems to randomly stop responding, and I have to reboot. But personally, I'd rather have some force closes than laggy web browsing. It's all worthed it IMO. Once you go Gingerbread, you never look back. Haha..

Nope. Its based on js5 firmware. Everything very black and blue.

I really like smart keyboard pro. Very easy to use and word prediction is superb. Worth every penny I spent on it. I like it even more than the gingerbread stock keyboard..

yeah, some process keeps running in the background, that's why it's draining ur batt. I read in XDA something about the phone processor at 400Mhz when idling. forgot liao

same here   wonder should I flash or wait for Gingerbread

want to ask,  currently i'm on darky 9.3,  with speedmod can i straight flash to simply rom?

before flash to darky i dont backup my imei,  how to know if my imei mess up or not?  i can see efs folder using astro file manager,  but the directory is empty..

must use root explorer to see..

just flash gingerbread is still long ~
advisable to flash to any stock froyo rom before flashing simply  according to the dev
cool now restoring apps. so far so good

I installed the wipe version so there was nothing to be worried about. After that, I just batch restored my 'uninstalled apps and all system data' with titanium backup..

sorry,  where to get root explorer? i search in market dont have..

oh,  so from darky just straight flash the wipe version?

Paid app. Need to root and marketaccess to emulate US sim to find it and buy it.

On darky boot to cwm to factory reset then apply sweethoney zip. That's what I did.

Dunno la, probably your imei gets changed and your paid apps tied to imei stop working?
