So samsung aren't that bad after all, they're the first to release gingerbread to Phones that don't come with Gingerbread besides Nexus One. biggrin.gif

Good job samsung! Now bring me cheap SGT 10.1!

few things need to know:
1) can we restore apps settings from froyo using TB?
2) do we need lagfix?
3) Samsung GB vs CM7. which one is more stable as a daily driver?
*
You won't get answer for now, still early. Go ask on XDA, unless someone here already tried it

Are you sure gingerbread screen off animation (like old CRT tv) is available to froyo? Why did I (who spend most of my time at XDA) didn't know about this?

Looks like I will be doing a lot of downloading in the next 1-2 months.

Anyone of you subscribe to the premium download account?

Which is recommended?

Rapidshare?
Megaupload?
Hotfile?
etc

Thanks
*
I would say MU and HF is popular. RS used to be popular until they introduce daily caps

lolx~ tempting to flash after saw all those thing~ hate u~  tongue.gif
Hmm... I upgrade to 2.2 through Samsung Service Center. So i assume i cant flash any themes~ Correct me if im wrong~
I wan to flash a custom rom that stable enough for my daily usage (calls, sms, internet)~
so far, either Simply or Juwe will be my choice~ Nid more feedbacks about the performance, speed, battery life~
*
i dont think Juwe is stable enough since its based on Leaked gingerbread, i've tried Ultibread which is based on the same leaked gingerbread, is much slower compare to 2.2.1

So choose Simply will be the best
