QUOTE(pelvin @ Mar 24 2011, 03:09 PM) my polo each time i start the car engine, the ventilated button will turn off by default and you need to turn it back on each time u start car.. is it normal?? 2ndly the engine sound, sound like something is loose loose inside.. "katak katak katak" sound... dont sound like normal japanese car sound. is it normal as well? Normal. All VW's have circulate on off as default, i think its based on euro regulations. the sound..no idea, could just be heat shield or exhaust bracket loose, easiest is just to listen to another polo

Been using my polo for 4 months now. Buy. Lately ive been dissapointed with the absorber quality. I think it is too soft and cornering not so sharp. I know maybe the setup for comfort but lately i feel like its not good enough(i dunno why i didnt notice this earlier when i got the car). Any other polo owners feel the same??its like u have a very fast car but not good at handlinh corners...
Any sifu out there can recommend something to improve this?

They usually will get a runner to do the necessary JPJ work inspection and all. If you have an outstanding loan with the bank, clear that first then only sell the car. Also sometimes most dealers will not require you to change the JPJ card to their name. It will still remain in your name so that when they sell the car it doesn't seem like it is 3rd hand or something along those lines. Make sure you write out a formal letter or document to verify that certain exchanges of funds documents is properly dated and signed.

On Tuesday when I was going to work in Cyberjaya, I was tailed by the new Mini Countryman (BMW is located in Cyberjaya and they have loads of Mini's there). Man the car is darn huge, feels like it was way bigger than the Golf! Doesn't look so mini anymore

Seem like most discussion surrounded around ROC, Golf & Polo. Any idea how is Tiguan performance & Spec vs the same category car? Interested to get a 4WD and Tiguan is under my consideration.

Interested to get a 4WD and Tiguan is under my consideration. The new facelifted Tiguan is nice, got 4motion somemore. Pricing also acceptable. But it is not very spacious inside. Give the XC60 a thought also lah. Looks good as well.

My friend in Aussie remapped his Tiguan to 254hp and almost 400nm torque. That will blow the XC60 and CX-7 flat on a straight line. Even a standard Tiguan will blow the XC60 away. XC60 only does a miserable 8.9 sec and cost about RM300k and it is CKD. Mazda Cx-7 is 2.3 and road tax is almost double plus I heard it is a fuel guzzler. And dont forget the Tiguan comes with 5 years unlimited warranty.
