Thanks Alias..

Will do so. My patience up in smoke already. Called VGM. They say they will look into it..funny thing is that they also find it ridiculous that radio cannot programme. Lets see what VGM can do. Tired man...with all this non sense. Buy Jap car also dont have so many incidents. Never has any issues when I bought my Mazda 3.

when u say ttdi u mean Cergaz ? i oso went back 3-4times due to sound when i turn my steering... had to leave my car there full day 3x liaw.. still cannot sort it out.. made it even worst... the last repair was mayb 90% but not like the day i took my car no sound. They blamed it on the GTI rims i used (17" Denver). Said TSI suspension cannot support the weight and hence the noise fr suspension when i turn my steering... sucks... n there i was thinkin of getting the rocco fr them also...

i think i might need to go to a more established SC with better engineers coz heard cergaz is v new in terms of their support team... any good recommendations ? coz after they took apart my suspensions, steering etc ... din feel the same fr when i took the car anew...

Tiganasfx is correct here. Yan you can tell your SC that they are just bullshitting you.

Say that when you booked the car via the brochure, the brochure shows the car with 18" rims.

Hi Guys..

Just to keep you guys in the loop. I just went to SC for get them to rectify the rattling sounds near the B pillars for my wife's Golf TSI. They told me VGM has found a solution and they can start rectifying the problem next week onwards. I am also made to understand that this problem is quite common. So  anyone of you guys having this problems go to the SC and get it sorted.

And to update you guys on the DRL. Grats to the 2011 TSI buyers, the car comes with DRL. Only TSI gets DRL, GTI dont have it.Looks very nice. But damn painful for 2010 buyers, feel like kena conned. Should we start a petition for 2010 buyers to get VGM to subsidised retrofiting the car with DRL at minimal cost?

I think we should cause the TSI was lunched only 6 months ago and now they update the car with new stuffs. Any input will be great..

which SC you went to bro ? mmi ght wanna bring my car there since the usual SC i went is incompetent.

Was told by SA differently. He said only the ICE section will be void. But make sure the player does not compromise the CAN BUS.

Anyway if you want to change get plug and play. Just reinstall the original player when you go for servicing.
*
shouldn't it be reinstall back only when got problem with car rather than each servicing ?

Today is a sad day. I just scrapped my virgin GTi on a wall when I was squeezing through a tight angle. When I heard the sound of it hitting against the wall, my heart sank. Now my front left side of my bumper... got scar liao. Luckily my fog lamp was spared. Can't stop blaming myself for being so clumsy n for the poor judgement. How much is it to replace the front bumper ah?

went and tested both the A4 2.0 S-line Q and also the BMW 320D. dunno why din leave such a strong impact. Tho handling i must say, both cars are just excellent. on our golf still feels a bit hesitant when taking hard corners at fast speed. but on the A4 it was just so smooth and still accelerating when negotiating the corner at glenmarie and at subang airport roundabout. However for kick and also the fun factor, after jumping back into my golf, still find it more zippy and more kick in the acceleration. can feel the punch when you tekan. both on the a4 & 320d though on paper higher horse but probably due to the weight... don't have that kick. Probably due to the fast change on our DSG thus the feel of the power. So decided to hold on to my desire for the bigger sedans and will probably get a rocco... Any new facelift / gadgets for the 2011 rocco ?

Got it from Ryou's Modshop on Facebook or jwrx here in LYN. Coding is needed, but very fast. Whole installation can be done within 20 minutes

So far only the KESSY system will be available for the Roc but not too sure if the ones they are bringing in here will have it. The ones in Singapore will have the KESSY system.
