Hello there, my home button is failing too.
I sent to maxis , the worker there forced pressed my button so hard to ensure it work all 10 times. then say they have no problem pressing it.

now i feel that my phone have gotten worse.
the massaging method doesn't work . what should i do??

Clearly the staff there is just not cooperating. Suggest you be a little bit harsh and stand up firm for replacement, its consumer's right. As reading your quote, you mentioned it got worse after several forces applied by the staff.

Just go Maxis centre again, and complain about incident; and deem for fair inspection on the iPhone. Case yet to close? Speak to their upper management. Good luck.

Yes, thats the first thing on my check list before I send in for warranty.
Warranty void IF they find out about this (not sure whether this still applies).
Another thing is I want NO privacy invasion. Tiba2 insurance xxx call up, saying got your contact from "referrer". What comes out from your mind? Disturbance ! Oh mai

As long as you never show "oh, I have Cydia here" to the staff. To do that, you have to restore. Aren't you somehow concern on the warranty?

rule of thumb, go straight to either KLCC or TTDI branch for home button issues replacement. in most cases, they have replacement sets available & are pretty flexible when comes to intermminent failures. smile.gif

Hi,

How hard is hard? It responses how many times out of 10? If 1/10, less likely you will get a replacement.
