iPhone 4 home button issues discussion thread, anyone able to claim from DiGi?

I believe the home button lag is not due to the hardware, but you're free to go ahead getting yours changed. I've the same problem with my 3GS, the problem will go away if I closed all the apps in the memory but the button will less responsive when I build up the apps in the memory.. resetting the iphone solved the problem but once the apps build up again, the lag is coming back.

i think mostly iphone 4 user face this problem.. this is a hardware problem.. tat the reason y they launch 4.3 update?

this is what we cal wear n tear,plus with double clicking the home button,it'll get worn out faster.my previous iPhone have the same issue. let hope iOS 4.3 wil have gesture control over home button,then solve

my sg set also got this but if i push it or double push it firmly, it will behave as it suppose to be so im kinda can live with that

i have this problem also with my iP4 and my previous iP3.
i think it's hardware problem. mine i suspect it's dusty. also check this out http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=2595841 anyone claimed warranty from Maxis before? i know that the warranty is from Maxis not Apple, so we might be getting refurbish set. isk |

same problem here , wtf , tried vacuuming it but still fail ... ish ... when i have time , do restore and bring it back and aint gonna get refurbished one in exchange

HI All,
My IP4 Home Button when i press, it had a loud "tak tak" sound, and sometimes is not sensitive enough, went to DIGI centre, it said, the HOME button can be use, i cannot claim for you, maybe you used it hardly so that it spoiled, then i can replace for you, just wanna ask. is that normal? that tak tak sound, really irritating la.. checked with my 3 friends, their IP4 don't have this problem.. Kindly assists me on this, thanks, |
