There's no cure for Herpes.

It seems like you have both HSV 1 and 2. But have you had any symptoms so far?

Herpes is very easily contracted. Skin contact and you'll get it already. Condom is not 100% effective against herpes. The person could also be asymptomatic as described above and might not even know that he/she has it in their body. Herpes is also affected by our body immune system, some people are stronger, some weaker. So unless there was an obvious outbreak in his partner and there was skin contact (or sharing of certain things like utensils, towels, toothpaste, etc), it's gonna be hard to pin point how and when did he contracted the disease.

2years ago I got wart on my penis, and thought its normal wart not aware of HPV. Now i was curious to know is it really normal wart or something else and came to know that it can be HPV genital wart. Had sex with some women with protection.

The logic is that any fluids which enters your body my react or carried other "things" which will affect your body functions.
Hence you may / may not get STDs.

What about hiv? Hiv only get by sex or fluids enter cut also can get?

HIV or any other diseases which can be transmitted through fluid transfer poses a very high risk.
Whether it is a cut, or action performed "orally" or through the penetration from one body to inside another without "protection" (condom) any fluids which may be infected can pass through 2 bodies and pose a health issue, IMO.
