Maybe, but I am no expert.
The logic is that any fluids which enters your body may react or carried other "things" which will affect your body functions.
Hence you may / may not get STDs.

HIV or any other diseases which can be transmitted through fluid transfer poses a very high risk.
Whether it is a cut, or action performed "orally" or through the penetration from one body to inside another without "protection" (condom) any fluids which may be infected can pass through 2 bodies and pose a health issue, IMO.

Even kissing where one saliva (fluids) pass from one mouth to another, may transmit/or be transmitted to both parties.
