if you are looking for contractor to renovate your house, you may pm me as i have a good one to recommend (Indo supervisor worked here for more than 10 years). Most of the contractor did provide one year defect but most of the time they may not entertain you after completed the reno but for my case, i have contacted twice and he did come to fix the defects and hence i will strongly recommend him to you. He has not much work recently and hence i post here to see who is looking for a contractor.

I am in the midst of renovating my house. Surveyed >10 shops in Seri Kembangan/Balakong alone for tiles. But the cheapest one is is Deluxe Home Center in Kepong. I bought Balena tiles there for only RM3.10 whereas other places are from RM4-10. Quite a big difference.

Don't just look at the price. Some China one is cheap and looks good too. I've seen tiles used in bathroom become stained as it is not cleaned properly. However, the darker spot cannot be brushed out. It looked like the tile absorb the stain from below and appeared on the surface. This will never go out 

Maybe some others has experience this and have knowledge how to choose a good one.
