I am in the midst of renovating my house. Surveyed >10 shops in Seri Kembangan/Balakong alone for tiles. But the cheapest one is is Deluxe Home Center in Kepong. I bought Balena tiles there for only RM3.10 whereas other places are from RM4-10. Quite a big difference.

QUOTE(Zot @ May 6 2020, 08:36 AM) Don't just look at the price. Some China one is cheap and looks good too. I've seen tiles used in bathroom become stained as it is not cleaned properly. However, the darker spot cannot be brushed out. It looked like the tile absorb the stain from below and appeared on the surface. This will never go out Maybe some others has experience this and have knowledge how to choose a good one. The ones that I was looking at was Balena tiles.
