Hey guys, would like to seek advice from any sifu here. I forgot to take photo of the tiles, hence cant show you here.

The renovation of my house has just completed. I realized there were some small black and yellow stain on the tiles after the renovation. I have tried with vinegar, thinner, washing powder and water by using cloth, brush, and scraper but none of them could remove the stain.

May I know what these stains are? and how do I remove them?

more difficult to get chinese sifu now. if very focused on quality, go to the big shops like Feruni and Niro and ask them to recommend sifu.

if more price conscious but ok, get indon worker. most also done by indon these days.

hi all sifu, I've checked thru this forum info, the market rate for labour cost and materials excludes the tile (owner to provie tile) is RM5-10 psf, the range is 2x different... in Klang Valley bedroom + living room of 440 sf, to replace the tile from 1'x1' to 2'x2', current quote is RM4000, need 4-5 days for the work. Is all sifu think within acceptable range?

I recommend porcelain tiles for all floor areas, ceramic tiles for wall should be okay.

depend on your quality requirement blink.gif
i did notice chinese sifu (prefer uncle age 50++) will do works more proper like balancing, materials advice & more long-lasting. my house backyard has been done by chinese sifu more than 10years now, no crack, no defect. My neighbor backyard wall has been 5 years+ & now starting cracked line happen, it done by yonger chinese sifi (age around 40). Indo sifu maybe for small portion and minus works can consider, for total contract sum more then 10k then you should consider chinese sifu.
