Hi, can someone recommend me a tile shop that sells tiles with Moroccan motif or style? So far, I've searched online and found only one shop that sells close to the designs that I wanted but the showroom is all the way in Shah Alam.

Would any shops in Jalan Ipoh sell these type of tiles? Thanks!

Hi Mataharih, did you by any chance find the tiles? Mind sharing the shop with me?

From experience, Niro hq at shah alam should have the matching best price in the market

afaik Niro and Feruni are those among higher in tiles pricing. Niro is good and Feruni is for fancy modern design and shape.

I think niro better quality than super ceramic. So far no complain on niro. Buy from niro outlet at shah alam. Price easier to swallow.

Location can be found here http://www.feruni.com/find-us

Price range for the series I chose:

2 ft x 2 ft = RM 16
1 ft x 2 ft = RM 8

Can check the sales item here http://www.feruni.com/buy-now
but best is go to store and checkout the exact colors as website colors are not exactly accurate.

300 sqft for 12K inclusive of labour (removing of old times and re-tiling) plus tiles? man thats pretty expensive.

What kind of materials? tiles or materials? price per piece? im assuming you are using 2'X2'
*
living hall+dining+hallway - 2x2 65 piece at 14.50 = 942.50
kitchen walls - 1x2 130 piece at 8.10 = 1053.00
kitchen top - 2x2 10 piece at 18.50 = 185.00
cement, sand, guni bag, lorry for disposal - around 1,620

Total materials = RM3,800

Erm, the rest of it is labour cost + their profit..

The price of 10 to 12k is actually the market price or maybe even more considering the work they did for me...
I only pay their wages and of cause mine is a lot cheaper..

What they did for me is:-
1) hack wall & floor tiles,
2) remove part of the table top and add 4 feet table top with leg support,
3) clear rubbish,
4) cement rendering,
5) laying tiles for all kitchen wall, table top, skirting and floor.

*Sorry I didn't realize I did more than 300sf for my unit. Forgot to include the 4 walls in my kitchen+skirting.
