After spending 2 days with my car... hmmm~~~

3. the remote abit not that sensitive. press and release only the beep come out.
I heard from SA that this is a security feature, to prevent car owner accidentally presses the lock/unlock button. For example, when putting the remote in the pocket or etc.

So it requires us to press and hold for like 2 seconds to lock/unlock the doors.

Hi ~ anyone know how much does a V-belt cost?
Just serviced my car in SS19 SC and the technician said V-belt needs to be change at next service.
And I also asked them to fix the noisy dashboard. Noise still there but not as loud but glove box can't close properly. Will set appointment again this week  shocking.gif
*
The noise that you faced is it only comeing out when the car goes through un-even road?

If yes then most probably could be due to the glove box open/close lid.
With the glove box closed, while driving through un-even road, try ask somebody sit next to you and press+hold the lid of the glove box, see whether the noise is still there or not, if yes then could be because the lid is vibrating and hitting the glove box thus producing noise.
Solution is to open the lid, paste some insulator/rubber along the lid to mute the noise.

At first thought it's the glove box but after checking carefully I'm sure the noise is coming out form the driver side dashboard ~

Full slot on that day, the car doesn't feel float. Engine noise quite significant. That's why dare not to pay anymore and let the EVO passed.

now no more issue with it

got my new vios late in the afternoon...
feels pretty weird driving an auto.. my left hand and left leg always moving to change gear and press the clutch thumbup.gif
still trying to adjust to the feel of driving an auto..

also noticed that the auto-lock is not functioning... previously the door should auto-lock when the car start to move.. contacted the SA .. and he will take a look at it tomorrow morning...

and definitely need a bodykit... the car feels naked and bulky...
and need some soundproofing as well biggrin.gif
