actually there is no perfect partner.

So your strength might be your partner weakness and that is when you will help / compliment each other

relationship is all about praying and allowing God to be center of it all.

you too can pray to God to bring you the right guy at the right time as God's time is always the best

Actually God can complete your loneliness.

Even Jesus constantly says He's never alone. The Father is always with him.

But God complete us even where our relationship with our spouse or friends cannot and fails at time.

God is faithful.

Just Ask God to complete you.

ONCE FOR ALL

The Blood of Christ cleanse us once and for all.

QUOTE
Hebrews 10:10
And by that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

QUOTE
Romans 6:10
The death he died, he died to sin once for all; but the life he lives, he lives to God.
QUOTE
1 Peter 3:18
For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive by the Spirit,

QUOTE
Hebrews 10:2
If it could, would they not have stopped being offered? For the worshipers would have been cleansed once for all, and would no longer have felt guilty for their sins

QUOTE
Hebrews 9:12
He did not enter by means of the blood of goats and calves; but he entered the Most Holy Place once for all by his own blood, having obtained eternal redemption.

QUOTE
Hebrews 7:27
Unlike the other high priests, he does not need to offer sacrifices day after day, first for his own sins, and then for the sins of the people. He sacrificed for their sins once for all when he offered himself.
QUOTE
Psalms 89:30-36
If his sons forsake my law
and do not follow my statutes,
if they violate my decrees
and fail to keep my commands,
I will punish their sin with the rod, (Jesus's was punished)
their iniquity with flogging; (Jesus was punished)
but I will not take my love from him,
nor will I ever betray my faithfulness.
I will not violate my covenant
or alter what my lips have uttered.
Once for all, I have sworn by my holiness—
and I will not lie to David—
that his line will continue forever (God's promise of eternal Salvation for you and I)
and his throne endure before me like the sun;

The scripture actually explains that when you are washed by the blood of Jesus, it's is once and for all.
Past Present and Future.

This tells me, even when you fall from grace and sin currently, you're STILL continuously covered by the blood of Christ.

That is when you must declare God's word as the truth. (Romans 3:22), (Romans 4:5)

You are Righteous before God by your Faith in Jesus Christ.
You are Righteous before God by your Faith in Jesus Christ.
You are Righteous before God by your Faith in Jesus Christ.

Keep on meditating on these verses and by the grace of God, it will set you free.
Free from guilt and condemnation.

When you understand that you are covered by grace which is a free gift and NOT by your own effort of trying to avoid or withstand Sin, The Power of God's grace will set you free.

Do not think for a minute that by your own effort of trying to keep yourself clean from Sin, for example: you don't watch porno, you don't lie, you don't cheat, you don't steal, you don't (insert whatever), etc it qualify you in a way that you maintain in God's Salvation. No. Whatever you do, does not qualify.

The Bible mentions very clearly, the grace, the salvation, the righteousness are all imparted to you as a gift through your Faith in Jesus Christ.

It was Jesus's effort on the cross that empower you for Salvation and to set you free.

Think about that. Once for All.

Hallelujah.

God Bless.

Don't even need to ask if its a sin or not. Buying lottery is silly - you're always statistically likely to lose.

But if you still want to buy, go ahead.

Is it a sin?

If being dumb is a sin, then yes. biggrin.gif

Just want to lepas geram sedikit, and ask some advice.

To be honest, I feel tempted to hate people of a certain belief because recently all they have been doing is insulting our beliefs to our faces. I am so tempted to hate them, insult them, post nasty stuff about them, etc...you get the idea. when all those are lies and damned lies indeed. How do you guys control it? I admit I'm not mature and take stuff very personally. These people don't even care, oh wait i mean they don't give a damn about how we feel at all. I'm human too you know...oh wait, they don't give a s-. (Urgh all the bad language may come out if I don't control myself argh! God forgive me!)

Urm to those Christians here I know that Bible says in the last days sure got a lot of persecution...and that Jesus when dying on the cross said Father forgive them for they don't know what they are doing...but I'm so not like Jesus (I know, how can I right?)...the more I hear all this insults the more my blood boils...how I wish I can scream that I hate *** religion out loud in the street for all to hear if can. my heart feels like declaring all out war already, but i know in malaysia sure lose one.

More mature and controlled ones, how on earth can I solve this problem? How do you love your enemies? How can you after you are kind to them and all you get back is insults and threats?

serious question here.

Hi Cerlen,

is that how I pronounce your name? biggrin.gif

Understand that humans are not your enemy.
The real enemies are the forces of darkness influencing the persecutors thoughts, holding them captive in spiritual ignorance and blindness in the spiritual realms.

QUOTE
Ephesians 6:12
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

I don't know about you but that is enough to make me understand they are not at fault. Therefore it gives me enough reason to love them.
Love is powerful enough to overcome their hatred.

Try and study Spiritual Warfare.

Everything works through the persistence of prayer

Well, for starters u can ask or wonder why do they act, speak, or think like that. There always have their reason for acting so..Yea it's going to be tough and rightly so, u're defending your religion which is what He called us to do in times of persecution.

But to give an eye for an eye or a cheek for a cheek, well, He din call us to do that did He?

PRay for patience and for forgiveness for ur enemies. Who knows, one day they might just become the closest of your brothers or sisters in Christ, just like Paul.

Most important is to share it with a fellow believer (like here) or with someone in your church that you can trust and understands your hardship!

lol, it feels like am army is marching against me, even though in reality like you said there's only one enemy. and even though I know factually i'm not alone, i feel so (perhaps added to the fact that i dun hv much friends with the same belief now) i know a friend from that faith who rather absent mindedly asked me one day (in her defence i'd say that she was trying hard to be religious in her faith) isn't partying and dressing sexily and (insert vice here) normal for you guys? She was (still is) a good friend of mine, but in my heart i got so pissed off. Pharisee much? Trying to look holy at my expense? That's what i think of many people of that faith, honestly, but then again i'm not thinking straight...

idk...like my reply to unknown above, i think they're trying to look/be holy/good/religious at others' expense to feel good about themselves.

Or they think that this pleases their God?

i'm lost, and to a certain extent i think i'm lost for having all this hatred. hmm like you said, maybe i should pray about it...

Anyway thanks guys for hearing me out smile.gif

well...having not much frens is a possible source as to why u feel so alone here..and well, u can't stop people being all stereotype about it and Christianity have constantly been tied with Western culture and belief. From what your fren ask, she might not be trying to find an argument but guess she's just as lost and confused.

Forgiven there stereotype everyone but here is the opportunity for u to be otherwise. Instead of giving in to the anger inside you, show her compassion and understanding to help her realise what she is assuming is wrong. Whatever her reasons may be, we do not know whether that person might be seeking or have a misconception.

IF u faced this again, first pray in your heart for guidance and then listen to what they have to say. If it merits a reply then give it with love, if it does not, then u can smile and pray for forgiveness for them. Not easy, but with practise it will help.

And of course coming here to rant..haha

Hello guys! I wanna say something.....I remember during my secondary school, I was quite emo about life and stressful about my studies. After I went to the bed, I laid on my bed for hours but I just couldn't fall asleep, and then I put my hands together pray and talk to God everything that I felt uncomfortable with and all the sad matters until I really fell asleep. Sometimes I shed tears when I was putting my hands together talking to God. then sometimes I feel that "miracles" happened but I just didn't feel it until I flashback the "miracles" or is it simply my own sensitive achievement...
