QUOTE(unknown warrior @ Apr 2 2012, 11:07 PM) Nothing wrong IMO as long as the funds is used for expansion of God's Kingdom. Not my church, some "churches" :/Churches need Godly + skilled people who are experts in all areas of management in order to run properly. But you must understand when you give your tithe, you're not giving to to enrich pastors, people, etc. You are giving to honour God so that He can bless you in return. There's a bit of subject study here which I'm still gathering the materials. Once I'm done, you will understand why it is important to tithe. |

Hey guys, I was approached by a Caucasian male in his 50's during the weekend and he handed me a pamphlet. It turned out to be an invitation, I have been cordially invited to attend to their commune or something and they're associated to the Jehovah's Witnesses. Now I've heard a lot of things about them and since you guys are more knowledgeable than I am when it comes to such matters I would like to ask about the differences of the aforementioned denomination as compared to the conventional ones such as Catholicism and whatnot. Enlighten me please.

They are the one who predicted the 2nd coming of Jesus on a certain date and it didn't happened. My advise is don't go. They are a new age cult. |

Jesus Christ.Jesus Christ is Way, the Truth and the Life. No one goes to the Father except through Him. (John 14:6) JW do not believe in the Trinity and emphasize less on Christ. The Bible did mention there are many form of Anti Christ. Anti Christ is just basically anything not in line or distraction from the Gospel of Jesus Christ as the saviour. |
