u2 can fit la, but a bit smaller than laptop...if u really wan, get u3...3 fans better

not really necessary...if no problem (eg speaker giving bad sound, graphic display keep on restoring), then wait till the moment u encounter such problems, terus go for the latest at that moment...just my 2 cents though (and also what i normally did)

looks like this laptop is best bang for buck for under 3k. stuff like gaming, multitasking should be ok for this model. planning to get it soon. any obvious setback/disadvantage? how is it overall?

hi guy~ i just bought the acer 5750G~ i bought gta4 and installed/cracked it~ but when i launch the game. a window bounce out and say application failed to launch(it say maybe it is blocked by Windows Parental Control/Family Safety) any1 noe how to solve this problem~ been searching for solution~ but not able to find 1~ pls help =(

try go control panel - then search parental control in the search box (top right part), then try what you can do there

i would really suggest that the Acer 5750g is a very good laptop indeed.

like other members said, i think below 3k don't have any other brand better than the Acer 5750g.

Nope. I played so many games. I let the 5750G switched on for one whole day. No auto restart.

LoL =X im old enuff to play gta 4~ i already off the parental control~ but the problem still there~ LoLs~ maybe it is too violent for me~

Just to double-check guys.Do I have to send my laptop to Highpoint myself or will my laptop be picked up from my house for replacement of motherboard?.
