Have you try install the 266.58 from nVidia website ?

Better try the custom one, it include the hardware vendor id for GT540M..

Seems like still problem with the nVidia...
Temperature shouldn't be the problem, if its too hot, it will shutdown directly, no BSOD... Just to make sure, the nVidia on device manager report the driver version is 266.58 ? |

Better send back to service center...
or try extract the bios flasher to a pendrive, and plug it to the notebook, and press and keep holding fn + esc while booting, hopefully can flash it back.. |
