@soon wai : where did you bought your mbp? from apple reseller or online? purchases from which side allow me to refund or return for upgrade to better mac?

That's right. Don't forget, aside from warranty, you also get telephone technical support. I don't use the phone support but I heard it's very good. Some ppl even treat it as a suicide hotline, general counselling or just someone to talk to when you're feeling lonely.

Bought mine online from the MY store. I could not find an official policy re returns. No harm in asking whomever you bought it from.

lol.. hahaha.. if u pay RM1299 for 2 years and nothing goes wrong with your MBP.. then maybe can do that.. hahahah sweat.gif sweat.gif

but my MBP always dont want to go to standby mode when i close the lid.. i really dunno why.. maybe time to call them.. but i not yet buy ACPP.. dunno they wanna entertain me or not..

I don't think you can. The Contacts are taken from the same database that Address Book uses. Not 100% sure though.

When it comes to ACPP, my experience is this. If you buy ACPP, nothing will go wrong with your Mac. If you don't buy ACPP, sure something will stop working 3 months after the 1st year. :-)

Can it sleep via the Apple Menu or same prob?

I think the 3 mth free tech support starts from the first time you call them. Not sure though. Anyway they'll entertain you one lah. Worst thing they do is that they advice you to buy ACPP asap. Or just pretend you think it might be HW prob, for sure they'll help you.

oo.. i forgot about there.. next time i try there and see what will happen.. but if use the manual sleep way no problem, then in future, everytime i wanna put my MBP into sleep, i need to press option + command + eject.. then only close the lid meh? like a bit cacat like tat sad.gif

same thing happened for me just now.. i tried opt command eject.. the comp sleep d.. after about 10 seconds.. the screen will on again.. aih... sad.gif

for photo editing.. i prefer 15inch actually.. but if u have a desktop and u want mobility.. then 13inch lor smile.gif

Do you have any devices connected to your MBP? unplug any and do the test again.

sometimes i got an external monitor link with MBP.. but i thought it is not suppose to happen right? btw.. if my MBP is not plugged with the monitor.. i also have the same problem.

last nite i tried without plugged with monitor.. then got the same problem, i m not sure whether it is the wifi problem or not bcoz when i turn off wifi, it will go to sleep d.. i gonna try again tonite to verify tonite.. sad.gif

btw, when u guys MBP link with monitor, it will go to sleep or not?

EDITED: ... i tried to disable the AirPort.. but still cannot go to sleep.. ahhhh.. how sad.gif
