Is there a really BIG difference between 2.0ghz and 2.2ghz for i7 (MacbookPRO)? You pay a huge sum of money for that single upgrade

QUOTE(zorbyss. @ Mar 2 2011, 11:39 PM) Is there a really BIG difference between 2.0ghz and 2.2ghz for i7 (MacbookPRO)? You pay a huge sum of money for that single upgrade its not only the processor. its the graphics card upgrade. 2.0 is only using the 6490 256mb card, whereas the 2.2 is using the 6750 1 gb. big diff.and in terms of the processor.. 2.0 and 2.2, quite a significant difference. theres a chart somewhere. i dont remember which thread. Hey guys, It's weird man. Everytime I touches my new mba 11" MagSafe connector, it shocks me. No matter it's power on or off. As long as it's plug in to the wall, it will give me a shock if I touch the connector head. I only touch the part where the led is.
This never happen to my mbp's MagSafe. Is it faulty ?? |

Hi guys, an old lurker back again after a 2-year hiatus.
Just received my MacBook Pro 15" (Hi-Spec) via DHL a day after I placed my order. Excellent service. Took it a day to reach my doorstep after I placed my order via the Online Apple Store Malaysia. This upgrade is drastic when compared with my old White MacBook 13" (1,1) which got stolen! |

Do you use the 3-pin long cable to the PS block or the short 3-pin adapter connected directly to the PS block? This never happen to my mbp's MagSafe. Is it faulty ?? This one doesn't have ground connected: ![]() |
