The unifi fellars came by this afternoon, but I aborted the installation because the internal installers drilled into the concealed air cond duct, the gas was fizzling out of the hole all the time!!

Sigh...really disappointed by their oversight.. those installers look so novice as if they dont know what they are doing..I wonder if TM is gonna compensate for the damages incurred. Really disappointed with the outcome...

Sad for your case. I think you should straight ask the technician to pay for that else you say you'll complain to tm for what they did.

Speedtest determine your location base on the ip address. Maybe the ip address you're on is previously located at sabah then tm relocated it for unifi. Something like that...

Just 1 day now. Still testing my 5MB connection. All seems good.

Only thing I realize is during night, Normal & full HD videos on youtube loads way way slower. Is this common ?

Only 1 PC is connected to the router via wifi. No background downloads.

Stock Dlink router
IP address : 175.139.9.xxx
Location : Selayang.

So far at Lembah Keramat area, I got 19.51mb/s for download and 17.39mb/s for upload. Quite consistent up till today. The white box outside my house (which connected to unifi) currently 2 ports occupied. I heard only 8 ports available for each white boxes right? So if the white boxes fully occupied meaning the speed will be a bit less? No?

Another thing, I heard 8 ports mean 8 for 8 houses. If once house gets 3, remaining 5. So how for the remaining houses want to install it in the future?

Cause my brother going to get another VIP20 and my sister getting VIP20 as well. Each of us wants private speed lol. My family is download freak LOL

Anyone got error when trying to apply unifi online? It says my name already have existing streamyx and I cannot proceed eventhough my area have coverage.

How do I apply using my streamyx account? I already searched through the whole unifi site and login to my streamyx account but there are no option for application.

Please help....
