Anyone got error when trying to apply unifi online? It says my name already have existing streamyx and I cannot proceed eventhough my area have coverage.

How do I apply using my streamyx account? I already searched through the whole unifi site and login to my streamyx account but there are no option for application.

Please help....

ahh..got it!! thanks bro. However, it shows my address does not have unifi yet. So I called them and they said my Jalan only first few houses have unifi. The rest have to wait until next month. I am stunned...same road but some got and some don't have.

yes...i am concern with this also. Would like to know when they start implementing this, would they cap the connection speed to slower or make it totally unusable???

bugger!! I just got a called from them saying my house have unifi already. If I register with the caller (from TM), I get free installation only but if I apply online, I get free installation and free 1 month. But problem is their online application now have problem and today is the last day of this promo!!! Beladi hell.....

woohoo...unifi technician coming to install in my place tomorrow.

Applied on last Friday. They called and said if can't tomorrow then have to wait until May. Appointment is really packed.

yeah...two person did call me. One is the customer service and another, I think is from technical as it is a man who sounded like one.

They did keep confirming my installation address. Each person confirmed my address at least 3 times. They keep in saying if no one is around when they come, I will need to pay RM200 the next time they install. So they better come and install. Maybe I should have said, I took leave to attend to their installation and if they don't come, they have to pay me RM200. LOL....

BTW, my area is Kepong.

tm contractor just finished installing all the cables but they said signal problem. So they just left and ask me to sign form with rejection. They left the devices there and said their work done. Now up to tm people to fix the signal problem. I tested the phone can call but the unifi cannot connect. What a disappointment

Now I don't know what to do. Just wait until tomorrow to see if any response from telekom. Or else, they just need to take back all the devices and consider my place not service yet. sob sob
