QUOTE(abubin @ Feb 28 2011, 12:27 PM)
Anyone got error when trying to apply unifi online? It says my name already have existing streamyx and I cannot proceed eventhough my area have coverage.

How do I apply using my streamyx account? I already searched through the whole unifi site and login to my streamyx account but there are no option for application.

Please help....

first, clear your browser's cookies. then, go to Unifi's main page. select myunifi > select ur preferred package by clicking "get it now" on the bottom part of the page > u should land to a page where there are 2 options available. 1st, for existing streamyx of TM Home Line customers, and 2nd, new customers.

hope that helps.

I am thinking of getting Unifi, but there is no one at home for the installation during weekdays. Me and my wife are at home on weekends only. Would the technician work on weekends ?

On the contrary, my Unifi was just installed yesterday (Sunday). Some of the contractors will work on weekends. It depends.

ahh..got it!! thanks bro. However, it shows my address does not have unifi yet. So I called them and they said my Jalan only first few houses have unifi. The rest have to wait until next month. I am stunned...same road but some got and some don't have.

Fast enough for me. Moderate downloader. Youtube stream smooth enough for all resolution except 1080p (Need to pause, wait a lil bit, then resume play)

You use Streamyx right? Easy way, just call Unifi CS to subscribe. For termination of your Streamyx acc, need to do it manually by visiting TM Point (based on my experience la..not sure if now change)

Happy enough with my VIP5.

Anybody experiencing terrible wireless connection on the default TM DIR-615 router should upgrade to TP-Link TL-WR841N router and use the beta firmware provided by KLSeet.. Just upgraded and now everything is smooooth~ and has better signal quality.
