how do you flash the recovery 2.5.1.8?

By assumption, I assume he used unrevoked and picked Custom Image Recovery and selected 2.5.1.8 recovery .img file and repeated the process I hope.

But it couldn't work, so i've just S-OFF it, currently backing up the current system and recovery in CWM-AlphaRev 2.5.18, seems like its working after Arse-OFF

I've been using swype all these days, still can't find a better one to replace it and I'm using a non beta one

suddenly i feel like not going anywhere la. going to use Desire for a year or two before i changed my phone. will buy a tablet running Honeycomb first la. Reason? many Nexus One users even they are the oldest out there to challenge iphone. and they still rocks.

hopefully CM7 quickly confirm it final and stable version. so MIUI will also move to Android 2.3.

what kind of many security issue?
so far what I heard is gingerbread have security issue that highlight also in engadget. hacker have chance to break it in...
somehow, I don't save any confidential or important banking details in my phone. better than sorry...

update: The not sure one looks VERY similar with Froyo stock keyboard. white boxes, black alphabets, back background. Very close. But a few keys *sides are dark greyish*
