"Win trophies" = "More money", if you ask me. If he really wanted to win trophies alone, clubs should offer him a paycut knowing they have an advantage.

Good point, if a player really values his trophy collection then he don't mind living on a 50k per week wages, no? I know I could laugh.gif

Thing with Rooney is, that I am mad of, he questioned the old man and the club. You should never ever do that. If he wants to leave, go ahead. Players come and go, Fergie and the club stays.

I am not mad at Ronaldo for leaving us. It was very apparent. We got a good deal out of him. So, yeah.

Which reminds me of Berbatov.

How can fans slag off Berbatov when he clearly told City to f*** off?

But fans adore Tevez which clearly is nothing but a mess?

Puzzling.  rclxub.gif
*
Exactly. If any players wanna f off, just f off then. There is no need for them to say the club got no ambition and question the gaffer. He's the one who brings you to where you stand now, ffs.

Berba is a GH, thats why he chose us over City! tongue.gif

QUOTE
Manchester United

In: Anders Lindegaard (Aalesunds, £3.5m).

Out: James Chester (Hull, £300,000), Ben Amos (Oldham, Loan), Ritchie De Laet (Portsmouth, Loan), Corry Evans (Hull, Loan), Federico Macheda (Sampdoria, Loan), Joe Dudgeon (Carlisle, Loan), Danny Drinkwater (Watford, Loan), Cameron Stewart (Hull, Undisclosed).

Since Amos is out for loan, Kuzszcak and Lindegaard will be fighting for no 2.

But one interesting news

A number burned their Gerrard jerseys when Stevie was close to signing for Chelsea. Disgraceful. As someone posted, you aren't just condemning the player, you are also burning the club's insignia. Either way I don't agree with it. For me, one should be thankful for what the player contributed during his time at the club instead of being bitter.

Mike Ashley at it again?

A colleague of mine just said

"That was a few years ago when I was a Liverpool supporter".. He deserves a kick in the genitalia.. no team deserves to have a fan like this guy

I have stopped liking the said person. He's apparently a spurs fan now.

Fair enough. I worshipped him in his time here and I don't think anyone, Liverpool fan or not would fantom him signing for a rival English club. It just comes to show that talk is cheap. You almost lost Rooney yourself and it shows that "loyalty" is a word many players use but don't often practice. "Win trophies" = "More money", if you ask me. If he really wanted to win trophies alone, clubs should offer him a paycut knowing they have an advantage.

Don't blame you for taking a dig. I just feel that there was not reason not to have worshipped him.

There is a difference I think between being loyal to a club and being a fan of the club. We can't hold it against players for coming and going. Like I've said many times, it's a career to them. They can however still follow the club and keep in touch with the fanbase or former colleagues. You endevour however to avoid stabbing the fans in the back. I admit it, I was a fool for believing what Torres said and it won't be the last time I'll place my trust in a player.
*
That. We would do the same if there's a better offer from a rival company. It is all about us, that's the first thing that we have in mind. But, I know how you felt, it's never good to play with one's emotions and feelings. It is like dating. You went out with a girl. She told you that she love you. She told you that you're his world. In the end, she dumped you for someone richer and good status. Heartbreaking.

You can't call yourself a fool Duke. It is just people knows on which button to push that could affect our emotions. An another good analogy would be a trusting friend that stabs you in the back.

Anyway, on Rooney. THAT IS BULLSHIT. I don't know where he gets the idea. It's not like Manchester United is going through a barren spell or anything. It is all about the money. To be honest, he is not doing too good either. Berbatov and Hernandez outshines him. Somehow, I think that he will leave us. Someday.

Agreed.

BPL trends, when once rumours started already, the possibilities is getting higher later. Same on Torres when he said he will leaving after world cup. He make it yesterday, few months after it.

And we have it on Ronaldo years back, when he leave after first speculation few months before.

To be fair on Rooney he also one those player who choose to leave his boyhood club that once he pledge once a blue always a blue before then after that he signed for us. It always nice to hear when u see the player pledge his what so we called loyalty to our club but in the end of the day we all know its BS only. Even for Gerrard who pool fans believe that he is the Mr Liverpool did submit transfer request before make dramatic u-turn. I believe in modern football it is hard to define what loyalty really is. And speaking of loyalty to club i believe 1 man club players were the the pure jewels that hard to find. The likes of Carragher,Del Piero, Totti, Maldini and our own Giggsy,Scholes and Red Nev might be last of kind of it.
