Not im not respect Liverpool fans over there. Torres went to Chelsea they cursed him like struggle la, another Shevchenko la bla bla bla, Torres legend is gone now is Suarez legend. I mean what kind of attitude is that?

Did we do that when Ronaldo went to join Real?

Haiz...

Torres did it last minute. Probably pissed them off so badly.

Like what our friend said above, when carrol or suarez scored, they will "claimed" that either one of them is legend

Yeah, Ronaldo achieved all with us - CL, Premier League, Carling Cup, FA Cup, Euro Player, World player u named it he won it unless Torres only has Euro and WC as major title but club level if he staying I guess another "spot the different" of kissing a trophy and kissing a camera

After so much we paid them. This is what they going to do to us?

Giggs: United's greatest

After six weeks of voting and thousands of submissions, United fans have crowned Ryan Giggs the club’s greatest ever player, topping a poll held by the club’s official magazine, Inside United, and ManUtd.com.

Giggs – already the most decorated player with the most appearances in the United's history – took yet another accolade by a healthy margin, confirming the esteem in which he is held by Reds fans young and old.

Second place in the poll went to Eric Cantona, who fractionally edged George Best into third position.

Welsh winger Giggs was typically magnanimous when he found out he’d won. “When I got told I was really chuffed,” he said.

“I couldn’t believe it to be honest, especially when you look at the list of other players who are up there.”

The poll was launched by Inside United in December 2010, with voting open until mid January. Readers were asked to nominate a first, second and third choice, and the responded in droves through the magazine, ManUtd.com and via the club’s Facebook page.

Inside United will announce Giggs as the winner in its March issue, out on 2 February. As well as counting down the rest of the top 10, the magazine also has an exclusive interview with vote-winner Giggs, who talks about the honour of winning, the privilege of wearing the Red shirt and his intention to add to his United legacy.

Giggs was presented with an award recognising the vote result by Sir Alex Ferguson prior to the home game against Birmingham City on 22 January.

Look out for more reaction to 'the greatest' vote on ManUtd.com on Tuesday. Sir Alex gives his reaction to the absence of Denis Law and Duncan Edwards from the top 10 (they finished 11th and 13th respectively), plus there's more from Giggsy, a 'best of' video from our winner and an exclusive desktop wallpaper.

shame on all of us.kita lupa pasai a legend.well hail giggs for being the greatest and still is. notworthy.gif just the king and the genius behind him.

Why did Torres go to Chelsea at this crucial time.... We still got 2 matches not yet played against Chelsea.... Torres is killer player.. I remember last time he owns us before for few seasons. ( I still remember it arghhhh )

But i guess this kind of frenzy transfer at the last minute won't affect us at all..... Our moral is skyhigh right now  rclxm9.gif . Winning winning winning~~~

a rejuvenated Liverpool side with 2 new signing may be able to get a result against Chelsea at the bridge next Sunday . Torres , as a Liverpool player is more motivated to beat us and that's in the past . with Chelsea , he's motivated to beat Spurs and Arsenal or Barca in the UCL

with a fit Torres at Chelsea , i think they are the only team in this world who could beat Barca in a one off game .the UCL is getting really interesting from now.

and don't underestimate Liverpool , i think the suarez and caroll duo could work for them better than a disinterested Torres , once Liverpool sorted out the defence , they be there among the top again . i rate dalglish as their best man to manage them since paisley .

although both suarez and caroll have issues before on biting opponents and beating woman and even burning cars , with dalglish there , it will be sorted out and forgotten although i believe dalglish put himself into lots of pressure by buying Caroll at such a inflated price but apparently not much choice as mike ashley too knows how to leverage against the risk of losing their prize possesion

believe me , the media will be on Liverpool and Dalglish the moment the silghtest hint the new signing duo ain't gonna work but let me tell ya, dalglish knows his business and from here i could sense dalglish could be at Liverpool longer that many anticipated . at least with the statement of intent form Henry on their latest acquisition , as a footbal fan ,i really welcome the possibility Liverpool will be there fighting at the top again with us and the other usual suspect .

Well, he is. On scoring department. Overall contribution is fine. But lets take our glasses off, Berbatov and Hernandez is way in front of him at the moment. What Rooney needs is Valencia's crosses. So, as we always do, we will have to wait patiently for him to turn up.

were not underestimating nor over estimating ANYONE.all you pointed out was the big guns, but just look at what happened this season.every one including us have been dropping pts some where.isnt it about time we forget about the top 4 bracket.clubs like wolves, blackpool, sunderland can beat anyone these days and have come close.

so what torres ka luis ka suarez ka or the suezcanal even signed for some one, we dont need to worry.if the gaffer thought of being afraid we wouldnt even last a year in this english league bt weve been here since 1878 and seen a lot of best teams, players games goals, and went trough a tragedy our self(r.ip flowers of manchester anniversary come this sunday) and etc.

haha.. that explain a lot where the Ronaldo's money and our mounting debts goes.. love it.. we are Man Utd, we do what we want..

im actually quite comfortable with past January window. though IMO we still need a reinforcement in MF or LW, but the players i love to see arent available or the time arent right. summer will be the good time to spend.. Park and Valencia return will boost our squad depth and strength.

last minute spending spree by Pools and Chelsea. good for them. both teams probably a bit stronger now. but nothing will change if United can maintain our current form. our squad are well settle and accustomed with title race and pack schedule in 2nd half of the season.

Torres, if he can avoid injury, he'll be great addition for The Blues. Luiz will take time to adapt, but he got potential to be a world class CB. i still reckon Chelsea as our main challenger for the championship though they are sitting on 4th.

Suarez will adapt PL slowly. Carroll is already PL proven though his game are quite limited. traditional English no 9. glad to see his big fee swallowed most of Torres's fee. both will be useful addition for The Reds.

up-coming Chelsea-Liverpool match will be a cracking match.

That. Agreed.

No point in buying someone now. If we wanted, we would do it ala Smalling or Hernandez.
