already update to darky 9.2 rom.
Yes it is safe. Phone must be rooted. Can use app like rootexplorer to delete the apk inside /system/app folder.

oh, i guess i used the wrong term. to manually upgrade to froyo, is flashing, right? this will erase data?
If using kies to upgrade is flashing too. But If upgrade manually, it will erase data. If you want to make a backup of your data and apps, you need
Titanium Backup and need to be rooted.

Hey guise. If I'd wanna unroot my phone, and beforehand I've rooted it using the option in CWM, can I use the superoneclick? OR is there a way to unroot the phone through CWM? Thanks.

Not sure if using superoneclick. But see this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=728754 Under the manual method, I opened the update.zip file and it basically do the following:
- delete /system/app/Superuser.apk
- /system/xbin/su
- /system/xbin/busybox
This is complete unroot. samsung repair centre won't know you've rooted before.
