Classic - The Lord of the Rings OST (flac)
For midnight listening, I recommend this one - The Definitive Horror Movie Music Collection thumbup.gif

I know right biggrin.gif That's one of the reasons why I chose HD668B instead.

Hey all... I am thinking to get superlux headphone while sending my Audio Technica for recabling work. So could you guys suggest a good model. Is the HD661 the best of all superlux phones and BTW I am using it with my PC without any amp. Will my motherboard soundcard drive the HD661 68ohm, My current audio technica is at 32ohm.. it drive good enough for me now.. but I wonder if it will still good enuff for the HD661.

Thanks smile.gif

Hey, so far I have not come across a model I would deem as best model. 661 certainly have stronger bass due to the closed cup and better mids but same advantage causes the disadvantage where the soundstage is smaller compared to eg 668b.

However it looks the most 'stylish'. I dun think the impedance will be a problem. Just turn up the volume knob a bit more should do the job tongue.gif

Okay got my HD661 from Bro Trio yesterday rclxms.gif thumbup.gif ... tested last nite.. cool.gif now burning at home..

What i discovered was that I can hear static noise at low volume hmm.gif .... which was never there when I was using my cheap audio technica before... it goes like tic tic tic tic...at random interval... I think it came from my PC anybody have this problem before on any superlux model? I wonder why it never show up on my ATH-SJ3 before. Is it because HD661 too sensitive or too detail? I am driving it straight from pc to the HDD661 no amp or dac yet.. sweat.gif

Thinking to get amp-dac next any suggestion for a sweet cheap combination whistling.gif

Thanks
Lan biggrin.gif
