I have both HD681 and HD668B.

Prefer 668B more than 681.

My Hd381F now reaching 70 hours. The sound quality is damp good especially in mid range and treable area...so sweet. Its sound signature close to HD688B..... but cant' compare lah coz 688B is full size headphone.

Compare to crossroad bijou 3..... this little germ surely win in all aspect except in bass section. Amping will help to make it bass more solid and impactfull.

I really recommend this iem for an iem lover.

Cheers.

don bother with the e5 it doesnt really improve things. What u need is a dac & amp.

Yes true. e5 is useless to any superlux headphone. Go for proper amp.

@agnaem

Yes e5 do make a little improvement to the headphone but what I mean is...instead of wasting your RM90 on e5, its better for you to save up some more and get a better amp like hippo box or linearossa line W1 or any amp sub RM300 in the market.

Any superlux headphones are really need proper amping to make it sing well.

my two cents.

@agnaem

That's it! E11 is the right choice if you are in mobile mode.

I'm looking for desktop amp.

Is uber muzik amp suitable for HD668B?

Anyone had tried them?

If you are a basshead then go for HD681. Get a good amp and it surely will blown your head into pieces. lol

guys if u got the IEM 381F try it with Fiio E11..muhahahah easily beat those rm300+ IEM
*
I own 381F. Yes this baby is really good. Sometime I prefer this iem more than HD668B.

I think 381F has better vocal(more clearer) and the midrange are thicker.

But on the fast track....HD668B clearly is the winner.

Indeed... the HD681 is really nice can. Superb punchy bass and very detail. Every time I mau layan a bass heavy track especially pop rock/classic rock, this red and black can will never fail to serve me well.

The build quality of some superlux headset especially their iem is quiet bad and fragile. That's why they can sell their product very cheap.

So you should handle it with extra care. My HD381F is still live and kicking!

So jangan sedih la....get a new one .....sangat murah maa.. biggrin.gif

Nice review bro...brief and direct to the point. smile.gif

I think, I've to add HD660 to my headgear inventory soon.

As for now, my favorite can is HD668B.

Lol cool man!

I really enjoy listening music on all my superlux cans. HD381F, HD681, HD668B and coming soon HD660. I don't care what other people said as long as the cans could satisfy my ears.

I sold my MS1 just after a few hours listening to HD681. I don't say MS1 is inferior but both cans are comparable. Why should we spent more when we can get the same quality(in term of sound it produce)items at the lower price tag?

I belief this brand truly will be a giantkiller in future.
