you can chat CS in Hilton apps to get AmEx tier upgrade benefit

you can call Amex Plat CS, they will advise you what to do

Want to ask AMEX plat holders here, how long did it take to receive PP membership after submitting application? CS mentioned 3mths, that long?

you will receive the membership detail via email within 3 to 4 business days , physical card maybe 2 weeks.

Okay that's very weird. I submitted my application at the start of the month and haven't received anything since.

How did you submitted?

You may give CS a call to find out they received your application form or not

PSA: TnG e-wallet can save AMEX card now

but no MR for TnG e-wallet reload.

Correct me if i am wrong, for reloading on e-wallet, all Maybank cards does not have MR right?

I know other banks have cashback or reward or rebate and stuff but not for MBB.

How? I cant even put 4 digit CVV. Pointless anyways for MY's AmEx cards.
