CS help me applied as card upgrade/conversion from Gold Charge card to Platinum® Waiting my card to emboss and ship out by this week CS said. wjleong15 liked this post

They asked me to submit income document like form B, any passive income like FD, rental and etc. I have been AMEX member since 2003, and holding other maybank credit cards for almost 10 years now... guess the management team will definitely look into your past payment history to determine approve you the card.

You may call CS at 1800 88 0886 , tell them you interested in getting platinum card, they will ask sales team to contact you on how to proceed with the application. My income do not meet 190K… if you have account with Maybank and good payment record, they will consider it. Sales team will be able to advise you further.
