@htcdzc, make sure the CWM recovery your friend flashed for you is compatible to flash Froyo ROMs.

I represent all HTC Desire Z owners give thanks to Dixon93 for allowing the use of his nandroid backup for emergency purposes. Linked in front page and credited accordingly.

THIS HOWEVER DOES NOT NEGATE THE IMPORTANCE OF MAKING YOUR OWN NANDROID BACKUP.

Awww c'mon. You got the game for free. What's a few ads to continue the development of the game? Afterall you can disable wifi or data so that the ads dun show up.

In support of ads-supported apps for the future development of awesome apps.

Oh. I'm the kind that prefers ad-supported than to pay for an app. I'd rather google pay them thru ads than I pay them from my pocket. Haha.

The AdFree app is there. Up to you to use it.

Another reason why ppl shouldn't use ATK.

What apps are you closing?

Froyo manages memory very well by itself. If you use ATK wishing for battery usage to reduce, battery usage sometimes will increase because the apps have to activate themselves. Repeating the cycle, you're actually doing more work.

My explanation might not be on point, but in short there's no need for ATK. I'm fine w/o ATK and I can hit good battery life w/o needing to clear my memory for apps to run smoothly.

Hi everyone,

It's been a long time I haven't post in the old Desire Z thread, now moved to this thread already. rclxms.gif
I have a few questions, how do I find my NANDroid backup if I have done it previously? It seems that my stock ROM is having different build number from Dixon93, can I use his backup? notworthy.gif
Here is my screenshot before I use other custom ROMs.

Hi DJFoo000, thanks for the reply.

It seems that I don't have my original ROM backup in that folder. I might need to use Dixon93 backup in case of emergency. For the time being, I'm sticking with CM7. icon_rolleyes.gif
