anyone has any idea of the % of foreign transaction fees for Visa transaction charged by Bank in malaysia? i mean if I charged my card in foreign currency to buy something online...

The Visa currency exchange rate prevail as of any date can be obtained below correct?
http://corporate.visa.com/pd/consumer_serv...er_ex_rates.jsp

Is there any other charges applicable for oversea transaction other than foreign transaction fee?

appreciated ur kind input.

Please look @ the 1st post which the folks here have prepared for questions like yourself.
My personal input is that ... you sounded like never use credit card overseas/online before. Just use, spend and don't worry too much. The bank rate is not going to be too far off from the money changer.

There's no such thing as you are able to calculate accurately as it depends as to when the merchant will post the transaction to the bank. Note this is not necessarily the same as the transaction date.

Never heard of any gst waiver for DA. You must pay or redeem pts. Don't expect DA will give u free pts.

Just a question about Direct Access. Is there anyway that we can view our points online? I normally have to rely on the monthly bank statements to view this info. sad.gif

I'm afraid you can't check pts online.
Pls go to CIMB website --> Rewards & Redemption, there's a hotline number there, they can check the latest updated pts for you.
