Nadayu is being associated with quality housing but Type A only got kuali housing so far. lol.

Kris replied to me. Nadayu agreed to change to metal manhole even though they claimed the current manhole is made out of tough material. On 1 phase electrical meter, they will come back to us

Wah too much la. I have never heard such thing. U guys check back the s&p. And then check the u general HDA. If nothing is mentioned, then can use lawyer to clarify. Just dont get dumb dumb lawyer for that

U know i think this issue, late payment issue all came from some stupid monkeys in the company. He/she should be fired!!! All residential props covered under HDA. Cannot simple make own rules

Those developers that said only one time to check defect and no more after that, should be reported. Which stupid developer is that? Let me teach them a lesson. For those who doesnt know, we can hold the last 5% hold by legal firm on developers until 24 months after vp. Saya memang anti developers gini. Why? coz this type of developer conned me by saying 1 time check only when i bought my 1st house. No developer will con me again in the future. I will fight persistently until they put on white flag. f*** them!!
